December Special.

Christmas in Santa Fe!

On a recent trip to Santa Fe we were intrigued by the many offerings of chilies, and the option to have things “Red, Green or Christmas” style. Well, we figured there was no better way to celebrate the holiday than with our OWN version of a Chile (with an E) Cheeseburger - Christmas Style! Red Chile sauce covers our handground patty along with Willamette Valley Cheese Company’s Jack Cheese, fire roasted Anaheim chiles and pico de gallo. 8 - make it a "basket" with fries for a buck more.

Note: Our monthly specials feature locally grown or produced ingredients and sometimes quantities are limited. Get 'em while they are available!

Anniversary Food Challenge!

We have RE-SCHEDULED our Food Challenge - it will be Sunday, November 14th at 3:00 pm. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but over half of our competitors backed out at the last minute, forcing us to re-schedule. Contest rules remain the same: you must sign up/pay ahead of time, the first person to complete the challenge in 45 minutes wins!
You guys keep asking for a Food Challenge - so here goes!

Sunday, October 24th at 2:30 we are hosting a food challenge in honor of our one-year anniversary. What does this mean? Well, I'll tell you!

Participants need to sign up before hand (we'll be taking people right up until Saturday the 23rd.) We're looking for about 10 of you hungry burger lovers out there. Cost of entering the contest is $20.

The challenge? You need to eat a TRIPLE BYPASS (three patties) topped with bacon, an egg, lettuce, onion, tomato and the sauce of your choice; a basket of either fries, tots or onion rings; and a large Coke. And you need to do it in 45 minutes, surrounded by a crowd!

And what do you win for participating in all this artery clogging fun? Aside from the FAME, you get a FREE basket of tots every time you buy a burger. That's right, a FREE basket of tots with every burger you buy from October 2010 to September 2011! That's a lot of tots!

Ask one of our awesome servers how to sign up - let the challenge begin!

October Special.

After our month long poll for what YOU think was our Burger of the Year, The Hula Burger was the clear favorite (with 40% of the votes!) Thanks to Cynthia for this genius burger idea - hurry down to Oregon this month so you can enjoy one on us! So, without further ado, here's October's Special:

The Hula Burger!

Take a slice of FRESH pineapple and brush it with some house-made teriyaki sauce. Put MORE sauce on the burger. Top it with creamy goat cheese and some crispy alfalfa sprouts and you're doing the HULA!

$9 - make it a basket for a buck more.

Note: Our monthly specials feature locally grown or produced ingredients and sometimes quantities are limited. Get 'em while they are available!

And for those of you looking at a calendar, our one-year anniversary is happening THIS MONTH. Can you believe it? I feel like I was painting in the dining room just yesterday! We have a little celebration in the works - watch for more info.

Also, we will be participating in Chef's Nite Out this Sunday, the 3rd - hope to see you there!

September Special

The NOM NOM Burger!

Why NOM NOM? Not all that descriptive after all...simple really: that is the sound you will be making when you eat it! We took Fontina Cheese and Bacon, then topped it with mixed greens tossed with Balsamic Vinaigrette, a slice of fresh tomato and drizzled the bun with Oregon's own Beaver Dijon Mustard. Nom nom, indeed! $9 - make it a "basket" with fries for a buck more.

August Special.

The Grown-Up Grilled Cheese!

Using our delicious, house-made bread, we melt Willamette Valley Cheese's Jack Cheese atop crispy strips of bacon. Then, we add our house-made pico de gallo sauce for this 'not your average grilled cheese' sandwich. Take the bacon off for a tasty vegetarian option! $6.50 - make it a basket with fries for a buck more.

And on tap, we have Southern Oregon Brewing's Gold Digger, fermented with a larger yeast, this crisp, lightly hopped beer finishes with a subtle citrus note.

We also have another FABULOUS brew from Gilgamesh! (If you haven't tried their beer yet, shame on you.) Right now we have their Pumphouse Copper, a light, crisp amber-style ale with mild citrus notes. It's hands down my favorite brew from them. $4 a glass / $8 a pitcher.
